This swordfish battle was crazy. I'm pretty sure I have some sort of PTSD or fishing trauma from that emotional rollercoaster of a swordfishing fight. Florida is an amazing place for swordfishing and I try to show a bit on how to catch swordfish and the techniques we used on how to swordfish from dropping the weight to fighting the fish.

Enjoy this beast of a swordfishing catch and cook! There is enough swordfish meat from this catch clean and cook to last us for a long time.
