In this fishing episode I meet up with Dan and meet up with some subscribers at John Pennekamp in Key Largo. We head offshore to do some patch reef fishing and have a goal to end this trip with a snapper catch and cook.

When I go patch reef fishing in key largo I never know what i'm going to end up catching for the fishing catch and cook. But I know for a fact there will be a catch and cook.

In this fishing episode we start off catching a lot of smaller fish. Nothing we can keep for a catch and cook episode. So we decide to run a little more offshore off the key largo patch reefs.

A storm comes so we decide to head back to the patch reefs for fishing. The anchor is stuck so we cut the anchor line. Losing a brand new anchor is never a good start to a fishing day.

But our luck quickly changes!

We catch yellowtail snapper, mutton snapper, hogfish, yellow jack, schoolmaster snapper, mangrove snapper, porgies and other fish species.
It was a huge mix of fish in this fishing catch and cook.
