This fishing video actually consists of 2 fishing trips off key largo here in Florida. The first trip we catch a mutton snapper and African pompano while bottom drifting. Unfortunately the snapper and African pompano are too small for a catch n cook.

But that doesn't stop us from going fishing the following evening to get a catch and cook. We go high speed trolling and hook into a kingfish. This will be a smoked kingfish catch and cook and we make smoked kingfish fish dip.
