This catch and cook episode on the South Florida Fishing Channel starts off as a nice fishing episode. We catch monster fish one after another. We catch a monster shark, a monster amberjack, a monster jack crevalle, a monster tuna a monster mutton snapper. I mean this is a monster fish catch and cook!

It wasn't until the end of the fishing and before the monster fish catch and cook that we did have a man overboard. Craig lost a monster mutton snapper at the stern on the boat and jumped in after the big mutton snapper while we were offshore fishing.

All of a sudden i'm not thinking about the monster mutton snapper catch and cook. I'm thinking about getting the man overboard back on the boat!

But we get him in and he never let go of the monster mutton snapper. Now that's a fisherman that wants to get a catch and cook episode done for the South Florida fishing Channel!

We caught so many monster fish on this fishing trip it was a blast!
