Florida mallard is an awesome duck. And we are duck hunting on public land in Florida on this South Florida Fishing Channel episode. Not only are we doing a duck hunting catch and cook but also we eat frog legs. It's not a frog catch and cook though because someone did the whole catching frogs and cooking frogs for us =)

We are catching and comparing mallard vs wood duck vs coot in this hunting episode. It's a full on catch clean and cook episode showing you how to clean duck and how to cook duck. We make duck fajitas. Thank you Carlo for the duck recipe. It was amazing!

This will probably be my last hunting video on the south florida fishing channel for a few months now that duck season is over and this was the last duck hunt of the season. But lots of your favorite florida fishing videos coming out now!

I am still new to bird hunting and filming bird catch and cook videos but I learned a lot this year and found a passion in it. I can't wait to learn more about duck hunting and everything that goes along with getting good at duck hunting. And not just duck hunting but bird hunting in general. I would love some goose and turkey in the future too!
