In this fishing episode on the South Florida Fishing Channel I head offshore on my boat with Dan from Florida Fishing Couple and we plan to scout for lobster.

Scouting for lobster goes much better than I thought it would. We find lobster almost immediately and I do some spearfishing too.

After shooting a fish and knowing where to find lobster in key largo we decide to run offshore and look for mahi. We do some trolling and catch a mahi.

Then I come back home and it's time to cook up the yellowtail jack I had caught spearfishing. And I want to do something new with this catch and cook so I cut up a mango and put it on the fish, wrap it in foil and bake it in the oven.
