In this video:
I am using pork tenerdoil and pork backstrap. This is the last bit of hog left over from the florida wild hog that I shot a few episodes ago. The quarters of the hog I smoked. The link to the full florida hunting movie and pulled pork catch and cook is one of the links above.

The first part of this hunting episode I show some flashback shots from the previous florida hunting video that I edited. It's only a bit over a minute long. Then I jump straight into the goulash recipe.

This was some of the best florida wild hog that I have ever prepared. The meat was very tender and flavorful. As my hunting skills improve so do my wild game cooking skills. I'm pretty confident in my hog catch and cook now.
