In this hunting catch and cook:

I head to some florida public hunting land during small game season determined to film a catch n cook. Little did I know that this catch and cook would turn into me eating bones. That's right! I eat bones...

I start to walk through the Florida woods, which are super beautiful. I see some snakes and spiders as expected. Then I see a squirrel and was able to outsmart it. I show you how to catch squirrel. I also show how to skin a squirrel although this video does a very poor job at showing this since I had a bit of a hard time skinning this squirrel.

When it comes to how to cook squirrel you may be thinking, why would Heiko eat squirrel bones? I saw a survivor diet on eating bones and how there is a lot of calcium and nutrition. Your body needs this calcium and nutrition to keep you strong. So eating squirrel bones is a great way to keep yourself strong while in the woods.

So you're probably thinking how to eat bones? They are hard so how do you eat bones? In the case of this squirrel what I did was grind the bone down, which made it much easier to eat.

In this squirrel catch n cook I grind all the meat and bones into a patty of meat. This is basically a squirrel burger. Who would have thought we would be eating a squirrel burger on the South Florida Fishing Channel?! Ground down is probably the best way on how to eat bones.

The squirrel meat tasted amazing! This was a great catch and cook and the squirrel burger was to die for. The squirrel burger tastes like chicken!
