Folsom lake litterbug pt.1

I do not like assuming cigarette smokers will litter however nine out of ten times they do and more than half the time they are unkind about it. Please let me know your thoughts; and please be more active in helping to produce better cigs and defund the corrupt cigarette companies since they care about money>earth. Kind regards
