Vancouver's Smartest Planner Says Upzoning Is a Costly Mistake | Upzoning 8 of 11

Cities and states across the country are proposing upzoning as the solution to the housing crisis our nation is facing. But is this truly the best solution or is it simply a clever way for governments and developers to generate revenue and remove neighborhood residents from the planning process.
