Submarine Cruising Yacht

Yes, I know this idea is insane, but I've had this idea for a submarine yacht long time and wanted to put it down. I wanted something that allowed for underwater sightseeing and avoiding the waves while underway. Not sure if this has any chance of doing that, and I don't have the money to even try, but at least it's out of my head and in the world now. Hope you enjoy!
