Carving a house sign

The building of and carving of a house number sign. I cut this pine with my Alaskan chainsaw mill on my property here and then I dried it in my solar kiln down to 7% moisture Content . First I cut the board to size and then I remove the bark. Then I would flatten it with my 3 hp router on the router flattening table. Then I would stain the board and then cut it on the CNC machine. First using a quarter inch down cut bit for the roughing and then using a 60° V bit to finish off the detail. I just sprayed this one with some sealant and the job is complete.
