I added the video I just made on the floods and dumbs at the end. It wraps it up kinda nicely I thought.
But it seems there monitoring dumbs, seeking dumbs, seeking activity, protecting our east coast and more. I believe the smoke has been a screen for the dumb clean outs. The flooding is to flush out the swamp. Once the children are safe.
I May be wrong. But it all adds up. Keep in mind. Some of these dumbs actually have submarines in them. Hence the circling on the coast. I’ve seen tons of circling in Quincy Ma, Narraganset bay RI, Atlantic City coast and off the Washington DC coast.
