Bosch IDS 2.1 Connected Epic Fail EasyAir App

Did anyone beta test the new device before public roll-out? 3 installs later, still can’t connect. Epic Fail of Bosch EasyAir app. This is our 4th IDS 2.1 installation this month - and connection is not possible.
