Thousands have had encounters with the Hat Man all throughout human history. What is it that attracts this nightmarish entity to us, and why does it feed off fear and suffering? The entity is very much associated with the Shadow Person phenomenon and the Hat Man seems to control them to an extent. What's odd is some people claim the entity is not malevolent, while those who have experienced the presence of the Hat Man find that outlook laughable. In any case, it's an interesting phenomenon of sleep paralysis demons non-the-less and may have some real-world applications as a hallucination.
