Balkan donuts - Mekike - Langos - Deep fried dough

This is Eastern Balkan recipe for Donuts (Mekike, Uštipci, Mekitsa, Langos). They have different shape and a similar taste to classic donuts. They are easy to make and can be eaten both salty or sweet. There are several variations in Balkan cuisine and all are very tasty.
