Cal State Trustees consider systemwide tuition increase

The California State University Board of Trustees has proposed a multi-year tuition increase for students across the CSU System. The trustees say the increase will go towards providing students with additional resources, but some students protested, saying they're not happy with the proposed changes. 23ABC's Dominique LaVigne has the story.
