It was a bad idea : Kiev accepting US Clustermunition, bragging about it and using it!

Still believe that Kiev shouldn't have accepted American cluster munitions, let alone brag about it, it was a bad idea.
The west (US, NATO) is not very concerned about it because they don't have troops on the ground who are going to face the response to their reckless ideas and actions.
