Ed.Gov "Parents, you are in the way." Eliminating Parental Consent for IDEA Classification

Lynn Taylor, the Commoncore Diva is back with some important news for parents, and not just parents of public school kids about how the Federal gov't plans to eliminate parental consent to classify their children as "with disability" (special needs) for the purpose of accessing funds for "providers" (Medicaid, S-CHIP).
