Unregulated 5G Tower on Bourg St . No notification or public awareness

This 5G tower is located in Houma Louisiana. The residents living here were not notified of This 5G tower being installed right in front of their home .
We have asked for the radio frequency/electromagnetic frequency, safety compliance, data from planning and zoning. They have not provided that to us because they do not have that information to provide..
we have met with the city Council to request an ordinance for RF/radio frequency/electromagnetic, frequency, radiation safety, compliance, distance compliance distance from residential and schools in Terrebonne . Terrebonne Parish city council refused to make an ordinance. for 5G towers near homes.
