1 Year Sober From Alcohol & Drugs ... Worth it?

Today we will be going over on how being 1 YEAR SOBER from drugs and alcohol is worth it and what struggles you may expect along the way.
Quitting alcohol will be the best decision you will make for your mental and physical health, and I can't stress this enough.
Crazy to think that I have been 12 months sober and the benefits are just insane.

This video is a little bit different from the normal Self-development videos, like how to be more productive, have mental strength etc. I just really had to get this off my chest & end this dark chapter in my life with this positive video.
