1000 Day Journey Starts Here
My Friends got the call from the Mayo Clinic early this morning. A special medical flight was arranged since Rochester, MN is nearly 2,000 miles away. The dogs haven’t seen me in a while but they lost their minds when I showed up to take care of them!

Aside from working a full day and driving for hours I did get to workout and go for a run today.

The 1000 Day Journey is all about personal: growth, health, and fitness. In 1000 days from today (date of upload) I will turn 50. My goal is to be a better person in all aspects of my life. I welcome you to join me on that journey. Music: https://www.purple-planet.com
