The Fraser Valley Real Estate Board, together with the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver and the Chilliwack and District Board, has introduced some very important requirements to the existing Realtor Rules of Cooperation in the new Disclosure of Multiple Offers Presented Form in an effort to bring greater transparency for all parties involved in real estate transactions with multiple offers.
