Each arrow is an hour of meditation. If you do them you'll dream like I do, It's a snapshot of heaven. You do not have to stop anything that you are doing to focus your mind. They are labeled in phases so you can go back to get a fuller picture. But you do not need to, to get a tether to another plane of gamma consciousness and lucid dream.

Phase Sixteen
→On the platform before you are many concentric squares at a forty five degree angle making a diamond grid in multihued stones
→You are standing on the edge, facing Northeast
→The second square has a South edge of lapis lazuli
→The second square edge to the East is jasper
→The second square edge, of these forty five degree turned concentric squares, to the North is chrysoprasus
→The second square edge to the West is jacinth
→The third concentric square, forty five degrees askance to the platform; outlining the two more squares within on the sixteen meter platform you stand on, has a side in this middle square, closest to you on the right, that faces South. And the South side is made of amethyst.
→The East side of this third square is chrysolite
→The North side of this third square is aquamarine beryl
→The square outlining the center is yellow topaz
→TY, who is a black fox angel, stands on the center square, forty five degrees askance from the platform. This center square is purple agate
