Do Labour's plans for the environment need a rethink?

Labour's leader blamed its loss in Uxbridge, on the ULEZ scheme and some are now suggesting there needs to be a rethink.

The mayor of London Sadiq Khan said that he had to extend the low emissions scheme to west London, and compared tolerating polluted air to what people expect with the quality of their water.
