Is Pierre Poilievre a POPULIST?

Pierre Poilievre is the leader of the Conservative party as we all know. One thing I keep hearing and reading in the comment section, is that he is a populist. I’m not to sure about that one, I understand the argument, I just have a very hard time trusting politicians. He is saying the right things in my opinion, but will he follow through??
