Is this HEALTHY Carrot Cake???

Today, I tried the @simplemills3307 Gluten-Free Soft-Baked Almond Flour Bars in the flavor Spiced Carrot Cake! I am a huge fan of carrot cake, and this bar was absolutely delicious. It honestly reminded me of fall, autumn days, and I am completely okay with that. This gluten-free bar also had raisins throughout the bar, and it had excellent, soft texture. The Simple Mills Gluten-Free Almond Flour bar also had incredible flavor, especially in terms of spices. Overall, this bar was an excellent mid-day snack. It was a little sweet, a little spicy, and had that satisfying, soft texture!
