Day 6: Chest/Back

What are the muscles in the breasts?
The chest is made up of three main muscles:
The large pectoral muscle;
the pectoralis minor;
the anterior dentate muscle.

What muscles are located in the back?
The large and small rhomboid muscles connect the scapulae to the spine (scapula stabilization). The large rhomboid is involved in scapula movement (upward, forward, backward), while the small rhomboid helps the scapula rotate. Muscle that straightens the spine (transverse spinous) - iliopsoas, longest, shortest muscles.
