Make Your Own Frozen French Fries: Quick and Simple Recipe!

Ingredients:

Potatoes
Oil
Water
Freezer friendly bag

Preparation:

Peel and cut potatoes
Add them in boiling water and parboil until the potato is almost cooked
It should be tender, but still firm
Boil for around 5 minutes
Plunge potatoes into a bowl of ice water
Drain the potatoes
Heat some oil and toss potato in to coat
Allow to cool
Place on a tray, without touching each other
Pop the tray in the freezer
When frozen solid, transfer in a freezer bag
Remove excess air and pop back in the freezer
Use when required

Tips:

You can also season the cut fries, before freezing them, when you toss them in oil.
