Sunday Longplay Challenge - Zelda 2: The Adventure of Link (NES) - No Optional Spells or Items

Rules of the challenge: No optional spells (Shield, Life, Fire, Spell) Candle, or Cross
This week on a special Challenge edition of Sunday Longplay, with all the ROM hacks and Randomizers I've played for this game, I thought I'd revisit the vanilla Zelda 2 and try a challenge I was recently introduced to by a website called RetroAchievements. This is actually two challenges from the website combined into one run, which involves collecting only the required spells, and no Candle or Cross. No Spell spell also means no Magic Key for the 3-Eye Rock Palace.

Said website also introduced me to the ultimate challenge, known as the Xarnax run (named after Twitch streamer Xarnax42), which is basically a Low% run. I am nowhere near ready for that challenge yet, but consider this challenge (as well as the Level 1 Challenges I did prior) a first step toward preparing for it. On top of no optional magic or items, the Xarnax Run also means no extra Heart Containers and only two forced level-ups both put into Magic (so your levels are 1/3/1). I'll probably do a practice run with those rules separately before I try putting everything together.
