VoF: Some reading for you tonight

This document is dated May 1979 - was found on July 7th 1986 by someone at a garage sale - still inside an OLD IBM copier.

The document represents the program adopted by the policy committee of the Bilderberg group during its first publicly known meeting in 1954

What i will read for you is derived from 2 sources:
1. A book titled Behold a Pale Horse by the late Willaim Cooper
2. A copied document from the original
