NOTE: This quest is related to Genius Invokation TCG while Sakoku Decree is still in effect in Inazuma.
Once completed, this will update the Invitation Board (located inside The Cat's Tail), making the Invitation Duels to take place in the Invitation Duel Room instead of a room in The Cat's Tail.
