Car goes sideways - how did this happen?

Car goes sideways - how did this happen? We encountered a vehicle on its side and based on its location and position we have no idea how this happened. There is always allot of traffic in this particular spot, so I am left shaking my head and speechless. From what I could see everyone looked ok.
