Dirk Jones, 42, was charged with murder.

Reports say Beppler was fatally shot during a bar fight.

Jones reportedly presented a firearm and fired multiple shots that struck Beppler and his cousin.

Beppler died. His cousin survived.

The incident began with a verbal dispute between the victim's companion and the establishment owner, reports claim.
