So.. I make a really big mistake in this one (among many other small dumb mistakes, ofc)! I didn't realize I have to put out ads each time I want to hire new staff, so I have been uh.. doing the evening on my own personal hard mode. There was a long period of time between when I played the first part of this game and the rest and I forgot the tutorial about how staffing works, which is a very weak excuse because even without a tutorial it is ridiculously obvious how to do it.. Ahem, CTRL, it's right there!
I am sorry for being so dang oblivious.
