If your in Business long enough eventually it’s going to happen to you, especially if your a contractor. So what do you do when a customer bounces a check, or refused to pay? Take action and cut that project apart?! Today I talk about what legal action you can take in order to get paid and keep from getting screwed by bad customers or company’s. Being in business is tough, but not being able to collect your money can make a hard thing a lot harder. The situation can seem insurmountable. Again guys I’m not a business advisor or attorney, just a guy who got had by bad people and figured out how to get paid!
