I. General Restrictions and Requirements:
1. I JayDreamerZ am solely responsible for this contest.
2. This contest complies with all relevant federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations, including U.S. sanctions.
3. This contest does not infringe upon or encourage the infringement of any third-party rights or the participation in any unlawful activity.
4. Viewers shall not give or transfer, rights or ownership of their contest entry to me.
5. This contest is FREE of charge (no purchase necessary).
6. This contest will not encourage manipulation (by myself, others or any third-parties) of any YouTube metrics in order to misrepresent genuine viewer engagement.
7. This contest is not affiliated or involved with, nor endoresed by YouTube in any way.

II. OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES!

1. This contest and all entries & contestants must abide by the YouTube Community Guidelines. Entries which don't comply will be disqualified. Those community guidelines may be found here: https://www.youtube.com/howyoutubeworks/policies/community-guidelines/

2. The contest will be conducted and prizes awarded according to these Official Rules.

3. I am solely responsible for my rules and all aspects of my contest administration.

4. YouTube is not a sponsor of my contest. Viewers & participants must release Youtube from any liability related to my contest.

5. Privacy Notice: The only personal data I will collect from contest participants is:
a. the mailing address the prize should be sent to.
b. the email address of any participants who submit an email to request to be considered as the contest winner.
*This information will not be shared publicly. It will only be used by myself for the purpose of sending the prize to the contest winner.

6. There can only be one winner. In the event of a tie, there will be a tiebreaker question at the end of the contest. The person who answers closest to the exact number will be the winner.

7. Contestants may only give ONE answer per question. If a contestant gives more than one submission in the Live Chat, that person will be disqualified.

8. Only submissions in the Live Chat will be considered as valid submissions for the contest. No submissions in the comments or by any other means, will be considered as valid submissions.

9. I will determine if a submission is "close enough" to the actual answer. The answers will be shared after the contest is over.

10. All participants should have a valid email address and a valid mailing address in order to receive the prize. The winner should send an email to [email protected] with the subject "CONTEST WINNER". The body of the email should include the screen name you used in the contest, the shipping address the prize should be mailed to and your name. In order to VERIFY that you are the actual person who has won the contest YOU MUST leave a comment in the comment section of this video/presentation saying "I won!" After I receive your initial email, I will send you a code word in my reply to your email. You MUST then edit your comment which says "I won!" - to include the code word I have sent to you. For example, if the code word is "peachy", your comment should be edited to read, "I won! peachy".

11. If these instructions are not followed, or the winner does not claim the prize within 1 week, I will post the screen name of the Runner-up (2nd place) in my community tab on my channel. The runner-up must abide by the same rules set forth in contest rule #10 as previously shown. If the runner-up does not claim the prize, no prize will be given.

12. Contest participants will have 1 minute to respond to each question. There will be 20 questions in total, with a 21st "tie-breaker" question.

13. I have the right to ban or time-out any user/participant who gives an answer in bad taste or one which is considered by myself to be rude, unkind or inappropriate. Such users/participants will be disqualified from the contest.

14. I will announce the winner within one week of tallying the correct answers.

15. THE ONLY CORRECT ANSWER WHICH WILL BE ACCEPTED IS BY THE ONE WHO CORRECTLY ANSWERS FIRST. (with the exception of the runner-up, if the contest winner does not claim their prize) If you are not the first one to respond with the correct answer, your submission will not count. You must respond with the correct answer FIRST, for each question asked.

16. The "winner" is the participant who correctly answered the most questions FIRST.
