Victim identified in Pinellas Park suspicious death

Pinellas Park Police say two people collecting cardboard found an unresponsive man lying on the ground next to a large garbage bin at The Shoppes at Park Place, located at 7310 US Highway 19 North, at approximately 6:15 p.m. on Sunday.
