Xiongan City is a future 15-minute city being built by order of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China.

Here's what is known so far:
- Every streetlight will be equipped with a camera with facial recognition;
- Checkpoints at every exit and entrance of the city;
- About 4 million people will be voluntarily and involuntarily relocated to Xiongan from Beijing.
