McDonald's workers at a location in Los Angeles walked off the job Friday after reports of indoor temperatures Of nearly 100 degrees within the restaurant. The workers were met with cheers as they exited the restaurant.

Meanwhile, UPS Workers from Teamsters Local 25 collectively turned their back on their supervisors during a pre-work communication meeting last Friday.
