Baltimore man arrested in connection with wife's death

Police responded to the 1700 block of Appleton Street Sunday afternoon for a well-being check. Officers arrived to find 41-year-old Tiffany Ruffin unresponsive and suffering from trauma to her head. Her husband is a suspect.
