Dover Impulse Modded 1982 Dover Traction Elevators at Cedar Ridge (Knoxville, TN)

Yep, this modded Traditionally Borings. A couple of sites say this place was built in 1986, but another says 1982. I wanna say these were put in around 1982, especially considering the restroom fixtures are much older.

This is just a simple slap on mod done by Dover with Impulse. This is a strange mod and doesn't make much sense to me. They likely did it either because of the wearing fixtures or to add fire service, or both. The only thing left behind were the Traditional Wedge Indicators on the 1st floor, which still do work and was likely the best thing on the original cabs.

The strangest thing is that these are Traction. The controller is still the original compositie controller, which is strange because they could have gone to Traflomatic IV. This is a very interesting mod and it does run well.
