This technique starts by slowly smoking the steak at a low temperature until it reaches an internal temperature slight;ly below your desired donenes.
Then, the steak is seared on a hot grill to create a flavourful and caramelized crust on the outside, resulting in a stunning presentation and an explosion of flavor.
