Doom Zero (Ultra-Violence Plus 100%) - Map 26: Fortification

Map 26 of Doom Zero is one of the hardest maps in the game (especially on UV+ with the fast monsters), with three nasty ambushes with plenty of Pain Elementals and Revenants to ruin your day, as well as an Arch-Vile encounter in a platforming section over lava. There is also a Cyberdemon encounter just behind the red gate, but if you can lure him over to the elevated platform with the X on it, you can telefrag him, and I think it's easier to get him to stop where you want him to stop with fast monsters enabled than on normal UV.
