It breaks my heart to see the DPI’s actions jeopardizing our precious bee population. The killing of bees in the name of eradicating Varroa mite is causing harm to these essential pollinators. Meanwhile, allowing unchecked movement of hives throughout the state continues to spread the Varroa mite, further threatening bee colonies.

We must stand united and find sustainable solutions that protect both our bees and agriculture.

Let’s be the voice for the bees and advocate for responsible practices to ensure a thriving ecosystem for generations to come.
