Mendicino replaced by LeBlanc on Public Safety File

Public Safety Minister Marco Mendicino was removed during todays Cabinet shuffle and will go down in Canadian history as a failure on the Public Safety file. He joins the likes of the last two failed Liberal Ministers in the position, Bill Blair and Ralph Goodale.

Today, he was replaced by Dominic LeBlanc, who swore an oath saying "I will truly and faithfully, and to the best of my skill and knowledge, execute the powers and trusts reposed in me, as Minister of Public Safety, democratic institutions, and intergovernmental affairs, so help me God."
