My reviews cover indie games that i have bought, had gifted to me and have been provided by developers for review.

In this episode I revisit one of my most anticipated games of the year with System Shock. This is a remake of one of the legendary original game that became an underground hit and cemented Australian Developers, Looking Glass Studios reputation as industry heavy hitters. System Shock takes place in a dystopian future and follows the adventures of an unnamed hacker. After an attempt to hack into the Tri-Optimum Corporation Fails, the hacker is blackmailed into hacking into the Citadel Station, a High Tech Orbital Station controlled by a cutting edge AI called Shodan.

Your actions remove Shodans controlls and releases the deranged AI on the stations inhabitants. You must battle against the Rogue AI in an attempt to regain control of Cidatel Station and save humanity from Shodans Wrath

This game defied my expectations and is one of the best remakes ive played to date. It is a must play for both fans of similar games like bioshock as well as those who enjoyed the original System Shock
