Barak’s modus operandi

• The State Comptroller wrote a harsh report on the Barak Associations affair, which recommended a criminal investigation. The lazily conducted investigation from 2000 to 2006 ended without charges being filed "for lack of evidence"
• "One Israel" is the name of the list under which the Labor Party led by Ehud Barak ran in that election.
• The lawyer Yitzhak (Boji) Herzog, yes, this is the same Herzog who currently serves as the President of the State of Israel, and who got out of the case without indictment by virtue of maintaining the right to remain silent (known as “taking the fifth” in the US).
• Tal Zilberstein - a strategic consultant, a close friend of Gideon Sa'ar, helped his attempt to be elected prime minister, was convicted in Romania of paying a bribe in 2020, wanted by Interpol for various crimes.
