US president Joe Biden has vowed that his Infrastructure Bill will solve the problem once and for all. Do people in the United States believe his words? On the other hand, US’s competitive rival China has gained reputation globally for many grand infrastructure constructions. How do Chinese people feel about these mega-projects?
