In this video I talk you through all the steps involved in the CBT/ Compulsory basic training. We start off just getting used to the clutch and the gears and getting a feel for the bike and then you move on to some more complicated things like slow speed bike and clutch control and emergency stops.

once we went through all the steps we were ready to go out on the road, we went all over the town of corby and learnt all the basics of riding on the road and turning and signalling etc. we also had to do a U-turn and emergency stop on the open road too!
